  1. Connection A Plate with safety tongue

Standard Connection - Plate With Safety Tongue

With this connection you place the plate on the bed of the truck/trailer. If you wish to secure your ramps, there are three different ways you can do this: 1. Tongue - The "tongue" is an aluminium plate, 10mm thick and 200mm long. This sits between the tailgate and the bed and prevents the ramps pulling away from the back of the truck if the machine spins. (Please note that the ramps do not rest on the tailgate and they are purely for safety) 2. Pin/Bolt - There is a hole in the top of the ramp plate (as standard) which means that you can put a pin/bolt down through the ramp and into the bed of your truck to secure the ramps. 3. Chain/Strap - On the underneath of the ramps, approx. 1ft down from the top end of the ramps, there is a connection point you can attach a chain or ratchet strap to, to tie the ramps back to the truck/trailer. 3. Connection C Tube 50mm

    Tube Connection

For lone operators this can often be a good option. Because one end of the ramp is always supported by the round bar the operator only ever lifts half of the weight of a ramp (approx.). You will still be able to slide the ramps left to right across the back of your truck to accommodate for different width machines. With the Tube connection, your ramps will stand upright at the back of your truck. A couple of things to think about here are: 1.) The wind resistance factor 2.) Securing the ramps in the upright position; usually by locking to an upright post Learn More
  4. Connection D Special Hook

    Special Hook Connection

The Special Hook connection is designed to bring the ramp surface up flush with the trailer floor/bed and is only available on two ramps. We designed two sizes of ramp that fit into the storage trays of most lightweight plant trailers (up to 3200kg payload). This connection is only on the C85.1900.345SH and the C85.2320.345SH ramps.
